Major events and infrastructure projects can create intense accommodation demand in locations with limited nearby hotel capacity. Permanent construction is often too slow, too costly or unnecessary for a temporary requirement.
Hotel To You is being designed as an asset-backed rental business: own or manufacture the rooms, deploy them under B2B contracts, then move the same assets to the next customer or market.
